TIAN SHAN TRAVERSE / Juraj Stumberger & Elvir Sulic

The Tian Shan Traverse is a cycling route that, due to its attractiveness and beauty, quickly became one of the bikepacking classics. It was created in 2016 by an American team consisting of Joel Caldwell, Joe Cruz, Logan Watts and Lucas Winzenburg.
Inspired by their story and photographs, in early August 2024, as part of the ANWA project, Juraj Stumberger and Elvir Sulic embarked on a two-week cycling journey through Kyrgyzstan along the Tian Shan Traverse route, in search of a new adventure.
This Central Asian country, its beautiful nature and people, easily captured their hearts and provided them with an immense, beautiful and unforgettable experience. Thank you, Kyrgyzstan!

PROJECT 'HERE' / Dane Opara
Date: Saturday, November 9th, 2024

At the end of 2022, Dane Opara embarked on a journey through entire Croatia using only his physical strength, which no one has ever done before (or since). He traveled almost 5000 km by hiking, running, bicycling, kayaking, and climbed all 158 mountain (and island) peaks of HPO (Hrvatska planinarska obilaznica – Croatian Hiking Trail).
During this continuous 67-day journey, which took place in late autumn, he encountered all kinds of weather conditions, from sun and heat to snow and stormy winds. The goal of this entire feat was to show that it is not necessary to go to the far corners of the world in order to have an extreme adventure, because the diverse natural beauty of our country offers more than enough space for all levels of ambition of those who cherish untouched nature.
